By accessing and using the Free Spirit Authentic Travel website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Free Spirit Authentic Travel. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from Kerry. By making a booking, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that all details provided are accurate and complete. You are responsible for ensuring all travellers in your party are aware of and agree to these terms.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit, the quoted price is locked in for the land content of your journey. International airfare, travel insurance, visas, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated in your itinerary proposal.

Free Spirit Authentic Travel acts as an agent for local suppliers including accommodation providers, transport operators, and experience providers in Sri Lanka. While we carefully vet all suppliers, we cannot accept liability for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Free Spirit Authentic Travel's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travellers.

Local suppliers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide. Free Spirit Authentic Travel does not control the day-to-day operations of accommodation, transport, or activity providers. In the event of a supplier failure, we will make all reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative. However, we cannot guarantee identical substitution and refunds will be subject to supplier terms.

As a traveller, you are responsible for: • Holding a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond your return date) • Obtaining the required visa for Sri Lanka • Obtaining comprehensive travel insurance • Arriving at departure points on time • Following instructions from guides and local suppliers • Behaving respectfully toward local communities and cultures • Disclosing any health conditions that may affect your travel

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent. Guest photos shared with us for promotional purposes will only be used with explicit permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
