Wildlife encounters in Sri Lanka, including elephants, leopards, blue whales, and sea turtles, are wild and unpredictable by nature. We work with responsible safari and whale-watching operators who operate in compliance with Sri Lankan wildlife regulations. Free Spirit Authentic Travel cannot guarantee specific wildlife sightings during any safari, whale-watching excursion, or nature-based experience. The absence of a specific sighting does not entitle a traveller to a refund or discount.

All accommodation featured in itinerary proposals is subject to availability at the time of booking. In rare circumstances, overbooking, maintenance issues, or unforeseen closures may require us to substitute accommodation. Where substitution is necessary, we will provide accommodation of equal or greater standard and will notify you as soon as possible. We will not substitute to a lower standard without your prior agreement.

Travel information including visa requirements, entry conditions, health recommendations, currency exchange rates, and local regulations is subject to change without notice.
