Step 1 — Discovery Call We begin with a free 30-minute conversation. We ask about you: what you love, what you're curious about, what kind of traveller you are. There are no wrong answers. Step 2 — Initial Concept Based on our conversation, we create a personalised journey concept — themes, regions, pace, and style — for your review. Step 3 — Refinement We adjust together until it feels right. This is a collaboration, not a transaction. Step 4 — Full Itinerary We provide a detailed sample itinerary for approval, along with accommodation options and pricing. Step 5 — Your Journey Everything is confirmed, curated, and ready. You arrive. We look after everything else.
